Design fees are based on time spent at $225/hour. The per-square-foot rates above are estimates to help you budget. Final fees depend on project complexity, neighborhood approval requirements, and scope. We'll provide a detailed proposal before you sign anything.

Construction Cost Ranges

These are construction costs (not design fees) provided to help you understand total project investment. Managed through Artisan Structures, LLC.

Scope Changes & Change Orders

Scope changes after contract signing are billed at cost plus 18%. We keep change orders to a minimum through thorough upfront planning — but we understand that great design sometimes evolves. We'll always communicate clearly before any additional charges are incurred.
